This is a message from the Owner Roberto to help you navigate and understand the process of ordering your new handmade Italian lighting fixtures through Illuminitaly.

Below a few guidelines you might need through the whole ordering process

  • Go to the Shop to browse through our offer or connect directly from the top bar for the needed light category
  • Check the size of your light (cm or inches), If you need further customization send an email to roberto@illuminitaly.com
  • Prices are in USD. Discounts available based on order quantity
  • Production will start after payment clearence and will take from 4 to 8 weeks based on the brand selected and the time period of your order
  • Shipping will be standard economy and will take approximately 10/15 days based on your location and order time period
  • Always check your shipping at delivery. Damaged box and items need to be notified to us within 7 days from receiving. Damaged item will be replaced in most cases free of charge.
